袁勇，男，中共党员，云南宣威人，博士，硕士生导师。2021年于中国科学院成都山地灾害与环境研究所毕业，获农学博士学位，现为昆明理工大学现代农业工程学院教师。2023年入选云南省“兴滇英才支持计划”青年人才。主要从事水土保持生态修复、低产田地力提升方面研究。以第一/通讯作者发表学术论文12篇，其中SCI/EI论文8篇。授权国家发明专利2件。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项、云南省基础研究计划面上项目1项、昆明理工大学自然科学研究基金人培项目1项。指导本科生获批国家级大创项目1项、校级课外学术科技创新基金项目1项。
